Sex Trafficking and Exploitation Policy
Mi Amor Connections, LLC (Mi Amor Connections) maintains a zero-tolerance policy for sex trafficking, prostitution, solicitation, or any form of sexual exploitation. Access to the Mi Amor Connections Social Wellness and Active Lifestyle Solutions platforms are strictly prohibited for any individual under the age of twenty-one (21); any individual who has been convicted of a felony, violent offense, or sexual offense; any registered sex offender; and any individual involved in or reasonably suspected of engaging in sex trafficking.
To enforce these restrictions, Mi Amor Connections may verify eligibility through review of sex offender registries and other publicly available records. Users reported for domestic violence, assault, or other criminal conduct, past or present, may be ineligible for all program access. Users are solely responsible for providing truthful and accurate information during registration and use of the platform. Mi Amor Connections shall not be held liable for false, misleading, or concealed information provided by users. Suspected criminal activity may be reported to law enforcement, and Mi Amor Connections will cooperate fully with investigations.
Mi Amor Connections employs a combination of automated detection tools and human review to identify prohibited conduct. These measures include, but are not limited to, collecting and verifying user-submitted information and monitoring for irregularities or red-flag indicators. Information provided by users, reports from other members, and background checks conducted by third-party verification services may be reviewed by Mi Amor Connections moderators to enforce this policy. Any member determined to be engaged in prohibited activity shall be subject to immediate and permanent removal from the platform.
If a user is reported for domestic violence, assault, or other criminal conduct, whether past or present, all programs associated with that individual may be permanently terminated at the sole discretion of Mi Amor Connections, without prior notice. Mi Amor Connections is not obligated to monitor all user activity continuously but reserves the right to take action against conduct deemed harmful, illegal, or in violation of this policy. Mi Amor Connections expressly reserves the right to report suspected sex trafficking, exploitation of minors, or related criminal activity to law enforcement and other appropriate authorities and will cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
Indemnification
By using the Mi Amor Connections Social Wellness and Active Lifestyle Solutions platforms, you agree that if your actions cause any problems, legal claims, or costs, you will be responsible for them. This includes situations where you break the rules, lie about your age or identity, or engage in prohibited behavior. You also agree to cover Mi Amor Connections, and anyone connected to it like employees, officers, or partners—for any losses, damages, or legal fees that come from your actions on the platform.
Sole Discretion
All determinations regarding member eligibility, prohibited conduct, enforcement actions, and reporting to authorities are made at the sole discretion of Mi Amor Connections. Users agree that Mi Amor Connections shall have no liability for any actions taken in good faith to enforce this policy.
Consent Policy
All interactions on the Mi Amor Connections Social Wellness, Coaching, and Active Lifestyle platforms must be mutually consensual. Members must respect others’ boundaries in conversations, shared content, and in-person meetings. Consent must be clear, voluntary, and can be withdrawn at any time. Non-consensual, harassing, coercive, or threatening behavior is strictly prohibited. Members who violate this policy may be permanently removed, and serious violations may be reported to law enforcement. By using the platform, members agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mi Amor Connections, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from their use of the platform, violation of platform policies, or engagement in prohibited conduct. Mi Amor Connections is committed to helping clients/members to achieve their goals. Therefore, scheduled time with wellness ambassadors must be prioritized. If appointments must be changed, you will notify the agency at least 48 hours in advance. If you are late for an appointment, your coaching, wellness session, or appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. Appointments that are re-scheduled for less than 2 full business days (48 hours) will be subject to a re-scheduling fee.
