What is CBD?
CBD is non-psychoactive and interacts with the endocannabinoid system. What delivery method is best for me?
CBD comes in a variety of delivery methods, and each one can be useful in its own way. It really comes down to your preferences, and how you’d like to maintain a daily hemp routine.
Does CBD show up on drug test?
As with any hemp-derived products you should not consume them if you need to pass a drug test. While full spectrum can deliver enhanced benefits from the full cannabinoid spectrum (the “entourage effect”), the possible presence of THC is a risk that should be avoided if you will be regularly drug tested.
Can I give my CBD to pets?
You should only give your pet a CBD product made especially for them, such as the products found in our Pets section. Hemp is generally fine for pets, but only in specific milligram strength amounts. Further, many CBD products made for humans contain ingredients that are unsafe for cats and dogs, such as certain essential oils.
What is Hibiscus?
Hibiscus is a flowering plant in the same family as the marshmallow, also called Roselle. It is rich in nutrients like iron, calcium, and vitamin C, and has powerful antioxidants like polyphenols and anthocyanins that offer multiple health benefits.

Does hibiscus disrupt sleep?
No, hibiscus does not contain caffeine or any other stimulants, and it should not cause difficulty with falling asleep or rest quality. Many people drink hibiscus tea as an alternative to caffeinated beverages like coffee.
Should hibiscus be served hot or cold?
When the tea is made with the hibiscus flower itself, heat or cold are not able to change the various hibiscus tea vitamins, so you can drink it any way you prefer.

Minimum membership requirements include:

⦁ There is no minimum income requirement for becoming a member. However, proof of employment, education, and income may be required based on your chosen membership.
Do you disclose results from background checks?
No. While our commitment is to maintain the highest level of integrity and safety for our members, all the information we uncover is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is solely used for our internal records. We never disclose any findings.
What is the cost?
Fees vary according to each membership. Once we determine your eligibility, we disclose details of each membership option during your FREE consultation.
Do agency representatives meet every potential member in person?
Our agency representatives meet each potential member virtually or face-to-face.
Are licensed therapists and life coaches the same?
No. Our experienced therapists focus on your mental well-being and our skilled life coaches help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be by focusing on you and your goals.
Are members required to consult with Mi Amor Connections’ licensed and certified professionals?
No. Individual and relationship coaching is offered with our tiered membership options. Coaching is highly encouraged but not required.
Am I able to speak with an agency representative, therapist, or life coach after hours?
No. You are welcome to leave a voice message including your phone number and email address. Someone from our team will return your call within 24 hours. If you have an emergency and need immediate attention, please call 911.

We’re committed to delivering your products quickly and securely. Here’s what you can expect when you place an order with us:
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location and availability. Estimated delivery times are:

Product Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all eligible first-time orders. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the product—opened or unopened—within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility Requirements

- Product must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Product Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at 844-333-2667 to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
